Arriv One is the system of record for sales activity and commission approval. Arriv Payroll is the system of record for payroll calculations, taxes, pay statements, payments and filings.

When disabled, compensation cannot be sent to Arriv Payroll.

Payment mode

Controls how Arriv Payroll handles money after calculating compensation. Arriv Payroll remains the authoritative payroll engine in all three modes.

Calculate only

Arriv Payroll calculates compensation and creates pay statements. No money moves through Arriv.

External payroll

Arriv Payroll calculates approved sales compensation and exports it for your existing payroll provider. Variable, gross, or full results can be exported.

Arriv payouts

Arriv Payroll calculates pay, authorized admins approve it, and Arriv Payroll uses its configured payment infrastructure to pay the sales representative directly.

Employee self-service portal

Allow your sales reps to view their own pay stubs, compensation, and tax documents directly in Arriv One. Reps access this through the "My Pay" link using their existing sales login — no separate Arriv Payroll login required.

Employee compensation

Choose how each rep is paid. Use Salary or Hourly for base pay, or Base + commission when they earn both. Commission is calculated from the plan on the Branding & Settings page.
