We're building our founding sales team and looking for driven professionals who are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and helping businesses grow.

Position Overview

As a Sales Growth Advisor, you'll be responsible for introducing new clients to Arriv and helping them discover a better way to manage their business needs. This is a relationship-focused sales position where you'll build long-term partnerships while growing your own income through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Prospect and generate new business through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, and social media.

Build relationships with clients in your target industry.

Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.

Present our services and platform.

Close new client accounts.

Maintain relationships with existing clients.

Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.

Meet and exceed sales goals.

Represent the brand professionally.

Qualifications

What we're looking for
